UPDATE:

- Leave us your availability for March 8 and March 9th. The shoot will probably be the 8th with a late afternoon start but give us your availability for the 9th as well just in case. Please call ASAP we have to email your pics to client. Of course we are going to go through the books but I just don't want to miss anyone.

- NOTE ABOUT UPDATES ON HOTLINE AND WEBSITE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Most of you understand how this town and our industry works. It seems to be that there are a million things going on or it's quiet. However, for those of you who don't here it goes again.

- We update the hotline ONLY WHEN THERE IS SOMETHING WE NEED TO POST.
- We DON'T UPDATE THE HOTLINE OR THE WEBSITE DAILY OR WEEKLY UNLESS THERE IS INFORMATION WE NEED TO POST.
- Since we are the ones who post the updates, IT IS NOT NECESSARY FOR YOU TO CALL US AND LET US KNOW IT HASN'T BEEN UPDATED. LOL (you know who you are) If the hotline number does not ring or says it's out of service for example, yes of course call us because there is a problem. Please don't call and ask us if we are out of business, what's going on, what is the state of my company.......and the list goes on. I'm assuming you all have calendars so to change it weekly just to update the date is a waste of our time. OKAY, enough of my venting. Honestly, 90% of you have it down and work the system like a charm. We love you!
- Last note on that subject. Remember when you registered we told you there were 2 ways that this worked. 1) We post bookings on the hotline/website you call in and we pick the appropriate talent. 2) The client requests a package and we submit photos. From which the client makes the final decision and then we call the talent. So you see it would be a waste of our time to post these jobs on the hotline when it's going to be the client making the decision not us. If you have pictures on file and your appropriate WE WILL SUBMIT YOU.
-So even though we have not posted anything Hundreds and Hundreds of you were submitted for the following jobs. If you weren't chosen you didn't get a call.

PAYMENT - If you worked on the "Ringingphones.com" commercial your checks are available. You can pick up this Thursday afternoon Feb 26/04 call first for times, or Friday after noon anytime between 12noon and 5pm. Still have checks for 2 of you for the stratosphere, 3 of you for the Hoover Dam, and a few left from the music video.

1099-INFO, If you were owed a 1099 from us they were sent out the middle of February. Remember you will only get one from us if you made 600.00 or more directly from our company. Otherwise W-2's come from the productions payroll companies. A few of you had your checks sent here as you were moving etc or didn't have your current address, so the following people only have W-2's here that were sent by the payroll company. We have tried contacting you but your numbers are not current. If you see this or anyone knows these people please pass the message along to pick them up and update their phone numbers.
