CHECK PICK UP AND MOVIE UPDATE

Hi everyone:


-CHECK PICKUP INFORMATION-

Okay we received checks today for the "Arizona Charlies" commercial and the "Greek Isle Cashman" shoot. If you worked on either of those commercials you can pick up your check. Tuesday November 1 between 12 noon and 4:00pm or Thursday November 3, between 12 noon and 4:00pm. If you gave us a self addressed stamped envelope we will mail your check out to you. If you worked on a past project that we have already posted that checks are in for and you didn't pick it up yet you also may come during the above listed times.


- ROCKY MOVIE -

Most of you have already seen the posting. We have been hired to do the Extras Casting for the next "Rocky" movie. It will be shooting here from December 4th - 8th. Sunday the 4th through Tuesday the 6th will be day shoots. We will be booking for large fight crowd patrons on these days. If you can work multiple days that will make our job easier. I don't have final numbers yet but I'm going to start booking non-union people. ALL OF MY UNION PEOPLE WILL GO ON THE STANDBY LIST AS YOU KNOW WE NEVER BOOK OUR SAG PEOPLE UNTIL WE HAVE A FINAL COUNT AND AN EXTRAS BREAKDOWN. AS YOU KNOW WE CAN'T MAKE CHANGES AFTER WE HAVE BOOKED SAG PEOPLE.
So if you are interested in working please follow the following instructions carefully. REMEMBER PUTTING YOURSELF ON THE STANDBY LIST DOES NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT. YOU ARE NOT BOOKED UNTIL WE CONFIRM YOU. Also please keep checking back here for updates as we are just getting started and we will get more information and start looking for specific types or background roles or stand ins as we go along.

- Leave your complete first and last name
- Leave your contact numbers home and cell
- Leave us your availability- From Sunday December 4th through Thursday December 8th. As mentioned above the 4th though the 6th should be day shoots not sure yet about the 7th/8th but we will update as we get more information. IF you are open for all days just say ALL. If not let us know which days or day you are available. If you are interested in working Multiple days please state so as the crowd scene is shot over several days but we would like as many of the same people as we can get.

Finally please try to make your message as short and concise and clear as possible. Some of you will drag your messages on and on and then speed through your phone numbers and we are forced to listen to the message several times. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE STATE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MESSAGE THAT YOU ARE CALLING FOR THE STANDBY LIST.

That's all we need guys, keep it short and sweet. Say your phone numbers clearly and if you have a difficult last name please spell it so we can find your picture.
(NOTE OF COURSE IF YOU ARE AN SAG MEMBER YOU WOULD HAVE ADDED YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY
